Our staff typically have college degrees, and join us during their “gap years" before starting physician assistant, medical or nursing graduate programs. Full and part-time workers are needed.
Front office Requirements include: fast typing speed, good phone and people skills, reliable transportation, being a team player, able to handle a busy office, and wanting a lot of patient-contact experience.
For TMS technicians: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification is usually, but not always required. All staff must have current CPR certificates, flu and COVID vaccines.
NOTE for Pre-PA (Physician Assistant) & pre-med students: our office is very busy with a lot of patient contact, doing prior authorizations for treatment and medications, using electronic patient records, interacting with patients and doctors, and providing TMS treatment. We also train office staff for vital signs, electrocardiograms (ECGs), and blood draws. All these hours count towards required patient care hours needed to apply to PA schools. We provide letters of reference and help all our medical staff workers get into graduate school.
