The Hudson Med Spa is seeking a passionate, client-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our growing physician-led practice. Responsibilities
- Perform Hydrafacial treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other medical-grade facial services
- Conduct skin consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Recommend skincare products and home care based on each client's needs
- Partner with our physician and PA team to identify opportunities for clients to benefit from injectables, lasers, and other medical aesthetic treatments, delivering comprehensive treatment plans and optimal results
- Drive client retention through exceptional service, treatment planning, and rebooking
- Meet retail skincare sales goals through thoughtful, education-based recommendations
- Participate in social media content, including treatment demonstrations, educational videos, before-and-after content, and practice marketing initiatives
- Learn and consistently execute The Hudson Med Spa's treatment protocols and client experience standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment rooms to the highest standards
Qualifications
- Current New Jersey Aesthetician License
- Hydrafacial experience required
- Medical spa experience preferred
- Knowledge of SkinCeuticals, Skinbetter Science, and EltaMD is a plus
- Comfortable being featured on the practice's social media channels; an established social media presence is a plus
- Strong communication, consultation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to continue learning
- Comfortable working toward retail, client retention, and performance goals
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
