Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
- Record accurate documentation of care provided
- Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional resident care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Qualifications
- Current Arkansas CNA Certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent resident-centered care
