Truck Driver
We are looking for a driver that will represent our company's values. We are a small local company that has been in business for more than 100 years and understand the importance of our drivers.

If you are up for the challenge, we will provide the necessary training to operate a concrete truck. Primary duties include:
- A good attitude and friendly demeanor as you will be working with our customers regularly and relationship building is key.
- Safe and Efficient operation of a commercial vehicle.
- Load, and unload concrete to the customer in a timely manner.
- Strive to meet customer expectations without exception
- Follow company policy and federal/state regulations.
- Maintain clean equipment, uniforms, and cab space, and ensure any repairs are reported promptly to maintenance/management.
- Take directions from dispatchers, managers, or customer management, following delivery instructions and maintaining a good working relationship.
- STAY CALM AND LEVEL-HEADED IN STRESSFUL SITUATIONS.
- Communicate with team members, management, and customers professionally and courteously.
- Adopts new methods, procedures, and changes positively.
Job Type: Full-time (Averaging 35-45 hours weekly, frequently more)

o Duties include cleaning, lifting 50-80 pounds, maintenance, and additional daily shop activities.
Applicant must be able to lift, twist, turn, climb, and not have a fear of heights or confined spaces.
Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour with 30 days, 90 days, and 1-year evaluations. Chance for rapid advancement based on performance.
