We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing & Website Manager to lead our online presence and digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage and optimize the company website using content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring content is current, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEM tools to monitor website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms that resonate with target audiences.
- Coordinate social media management efforts across various platforms to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve user experience and increase lead generation or sales conversions.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for visual content creation.
- Use marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns and nurture leads effectively.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), performance marketing, and e-commerce to keep strategies current.
- Maintain detailed reports on campaign performance metrics; analyze data to inform future initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in digital advertising standards and privacy regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with a focus on website administration and online advertising campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz; familiarity with Google Ads (AdWords) platform.
- Demonstrated ability in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms for website updates and maintenance.
- A plus would be knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for website customization. Additionally, SQL skills are a plus for data analysis tasks.
- Experience utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics.
- Background in managing paid campaigns across social media channels including Facebook Advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools for email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing processes.
- Understanding of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies within digital environments.
