We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paving Operator to oversee and manage paving operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring project specifications and safety standards are met, managing a team of workers, and liaising with project managers and clients.
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Everett, WA
Salary/Hourly: Competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check upon in the role of a field Foreman in the asphalt and paving
industry:
- Knowledge of asphalt paving processes and equipment is a must.
