SoCal Pickleball Club is an indoor pickleball facility in Temecula, consisting of four courts and a retail store.
JOB TITLE: Customer Service
POSITION SUMMARY:
The staff member is responsible for customer service. Customer service includes greeting and waiting on customers, operating the computer/tablet, answering the telephone, and scheduling court time. It includes promotion of the sales of lessons, programs, and merchandise. The staff member is also responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly facility both inside and outside.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Greet customers, determine their needs and help them.
2. Operate the computer/check-in guests.
3. Answer the telephone, determine the caller’s needs, and help them.
4. Schedule court time, lessons, and other pickleball events.
5. Encourage customers to schedule and participate in additional pickleball activities.
6. Sales of merchandise in the pro shop.
7. Utilize the computer to include sending e-mail, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets and gathering of information.
8. Inside maintenance to include picking up litter and debris from the courts and facility, and emptying trash and cleaning.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.90 per hour
