Property Manager Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced on-site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations for our storage facility in Lansing, KS.
Responsibilities
- Educate prospective tenants on storage options and the application process, including showing tenants through available units
- Follow-up on leads, respond to inquiries to achieve occupancy goals
- Prepare and process leases, renewals, insurance and move-in/move-out documentation
- Support rent collection, follow-up on delinquent payments and tenant communication
- Perform and/or coordinate maintenance on facility grounds and units, maintain property appearance
- Utilize Sitelink software for all tenant transactions
Preferred Skills
- 2+ years experience in leasing, property management, hospitality or other customer service
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Organized and reliable with solid follow-through on details
- Experience with property management software a plus
- Weekend availability as needed for tenant showings, move-ins
Benefits
- Pay $36.000 per year
