What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments throughout New Jersey
- Evaluate their window and entry door needs
- Present customized solutions with confidence and professionalism
- Build trust, overcome objections, and close sales in the home
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through the sale
Schedule
- Four weekdays (including evening appointments)
- Half-day Saturday
- No Sundays
We're Looking For
- 2+ years of successful in-home sales experience preferred
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Coachable and committed to following a proven sales system
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
