Classes start on September 14th - ends October 9th.

Position Overview:
Sincere Healthcare Institute is seeking a passionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructor to guide students in the classroom, skills lab, and clinical settings. This role is ideal for someone who values education, professionalism, and helping future healthcare workers succeed.
As a CNA Instructor, you will deliver engaging instruction, mentor students, and contribute to maintaining the high standards and outcomes that Sincere Healthcare Institute is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dynamic instruction using lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on activities
- Lead and supervise students during clinical experiences
- Support students with academic guidance, progress tracking, and personal development
- Identify students needing extra help and coordinate support strategies with leadership
- Ensure all students meet program requirements, including tuition payments and TB screening
- Work collaboratively with staff to develop schedules and improve program delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional learning environment
- Accurately complete all required documentation and records
- Promote a positive, inclusive classroom culture

Qualifications:
- Active LPN or RN license
- Previous teaching or clinical experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- A passion for education and helping students succeed
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
