iWire is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who is passionate about cars, enjoys helping people, and wants to grow into a future sales role within the automotive industry. This position is ideal for someone who understands enthusiast culture, enjoys solving problems, and can stay organized in a fast paced environment.
This is not a “sit and wait” customer service job. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, creates systems to stay organized, and actively works to improve both the customer experience and internal processes.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer emails, calls, and support tickets
- Help customers identify the correct products for their Subaru projects
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and product questions
- Organize and manage support workflows efficiently
- Create personal systems and processes to stay on top of tasks
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams
- Learn iWire products and solutions in depth
- Help improve documentation, FAQs, and customer communication
- Follow up with customers and ensure they feel taken care of
- Look for opportunities to improve customer experience and increase sales
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive knowledge or hands on experience working on cars
- Strong interest in performance vehicles, Subaru platforms, or motorsports
- Interest in growing into a sales focused role over time
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers, web applications, and learning new software
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once
- Self motivated with strong initiative
- Someone who naturally creates systems and structure for themselves
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bonus Points
- Subaru platform knowledge
- Wiring or electrical troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, or CRM systems
- Experience in automotive parts sales or support
- Experience documenting processes or building workflows
