Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with specialized training in Metrc, the comprehensive cannabis tracking system used for regulatory compliance. In this dynamic role, you will oversee the end-to-end logistics operations within the cannabis supply chain, ensuring seamless inventory management, transportation planning, and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all aspects of cannabis inventory movement, ensuring accurate tracking within Metrc
- Coordinate the proper transfer and invoicing of all transactions
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure correct and timely delivery of all products
- Utilize platforms such as Metrc, Quickbooks (QBO), Leaflink to maintain organization of incoming orders, outgoing transactions, and compliant inventory tracking.
- Perform monthly Metrc Audits to ensure proper compliance.
Skills
- Extensive experience with Metrc, QBO, and Leaflink
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including, demand planning, and inventory control
- Proficiency in transportation planning, freight management, shipping logistics, and 3PL (third-party logistics) coordination
- Familiarity with trade compliance regulations related to cannabis products and international trade laws
- Excellent negotiation skills for vendor management and procurement activities
- Excellent customer service skills for client relations and satisfaction
- Ability to practice in a fast-paced supply chain operations environment with a focus on process improvement
Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Cannabis Industry: 1 year (Required)
- Metrc: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- MED Employee Badge (Required)
