Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3+ years of pharmaceutical first-line sales management or related people management or for internal candidates demonstrated leadership ability to manage teams required
A record of successfully achieving sales goals and building, coaching, and developing effective sales teams required
Experience in psychiatric therapeutic areas strongly preferred and specific experience with long-acting injectables for the treatment of schizophrenia preferred
Recent Experience of successfully launching products in the psychiatric space across multiple settings of care and hospitals preferred
Injectable and in-hospital administration experience within an acute care hospital facility preferred
Experience in rare disease space, working with Specialty Pharmacies, Buy and Bill, and HUB services strongly preferred
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Ability to interact with customers in live and virtual environments and proficiency with technology
Understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull through strategies as well as experience in all pertinent settings of business (Hospitals, CMHC, specialty pharmacy, private practice)
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record required
