Treatment Coordinator

We are a growing, patient-focused boutique orthodontic practice looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. If you have a passion for helping people, enjoy building relationships, and have a background in sales or customer service, we'd love to meet you!
As the first point of contact for patients beginning their orthodontic journey, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while guiding patients through treatment options and helping them feel confident in their decision to begin care.
What You'll Do
- Welcome new patients and create a warm, positive first impression.
- Conduct new patient consultations and explain orthodontic treatment plans.
- Present treatment fees, financing options, and payment plans with confidence.
- Build trust and help patients make informed decisions about their treatment.
- Follow up with prospective patients to answer questions and encourage treatment acceptance.
- Coordinate scheduling and ensure a smooth transition into treatment.
- Work closely with the orthodontist and clinical team to provide outstanding patient care.

- Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Confident in sales and relationship building. Experience in sales is a plus!
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Treatment Coordinator, or in a sales-focused customer service role.
- Experience in orthodontics or dentistry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of dental insurance and financing options is a plus.
- Experience using dental practice management software Cloud 9 is beneficial.
