Bar Pisellino is a classic Italian bar celebrating l’arte del bere — the art of drinking. From morning espresso to evening aperitivo, we are seeking a Junior Bartender to support our bar team in delivering polished, warm, and energetic service in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on support role ideal for someone eager to grow within a high-level beverage program rooted in Italian bar culture.
Responsibilities

Support bartenders during busy service while maintaining smooth bar flow

Retrieve and restock ice, spirits, syrups, juices, glassware, and bar tools

Prep garnishes and assist with batching as needed

Plate select bar offerings (e.g., salumi, tramezzini) with care and consistency

Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready bar top at all times

Wash, polish, and properly store glassware and dish ware

Operate and maintain the dish station efficiently

Assist with bar setup and complete all closing side work
Qualifications

Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness

Ability to work quickly and calmly in a high-volume setting
