Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Active LPN license in the state of Vermont (or willingness to obtain)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor and document vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight)
- Provide basic wound care and dressing changes
- Administer injections and immunizations
- Take and document medical histories
- Accurately enter patient data into electronic medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care
