EAC HeatingAir is a well-established, locally owned HVAC company serving Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Okatie, and surrounding areas for over 30 years. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
This role is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, values customer relationships, and is looking for long-term career growth with strong earning potential.
What You'll Do

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers

Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards

Complete service documentation accurately

Support team operations and mentor junior technicians as needed
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, rotating on-call and overtime as needed
Compensation

$25–$32/hour based on experience

Qualifications
-
Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service experience

EPA Universal Certification required
-
Valid driver's license with clean record

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

HVAC technical school or formal training preferred

NATE Certification preferred

Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
