Responsibilities
- Design and craft custom permanent jewelry pieces tailored to each client’s preferences and specifications
- Consult with clients to understand their style goals and educate them on the process of permanent jewelry application
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols
- Manage appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or similar platforms
- Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging social media management and marketing efforts to attract new clients
- Provide exceptional guest services by ensuring client comfort, clear communication, and personalized attention throughout the process
- Assist with retail sales of jewelry supplies and related products, upselling where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction
Skills
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple appointments and client interactions seamlessly
- Experience working in the beauty or jewelry industry, especially with aesthetic treatments or body modifications
- Proficiency in salon or spa software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records management
- Excellent communication skills for client consultation, team collaboration, and social media engagement
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards related to body art and jewelry application
- Familiarity with social media management tools for marketing and brand promotion
- Technical skills in jewelry crafting, including attention to detail, precision, and creativity
- Ability to educate clients on aftercare procedures for permanent jewelry applications
