We are currently hiring a full-time Legal Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our firm and help keep our office running smoothly each day.
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to build a long-term career in a professional office environment. While legal experience is helpful, it is not required. We are happy to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others.
Many of our team members have grown into new roles over time, and this position offers opportunities for advancement into a Legal Assistant role for someone looking to grow with the firm.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and visitors and helping them feel welcome
- Escorting clients to meeting rooms and notifying attorneys and staff of arrivals
- Offering beverages and snacks to clients as appropriate
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Scheduling consultations and appointments
- Sending reminders regarding appointments and court appearances
- Processing client payments and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating attorney jail visits
- Following up with clients who are late for appointments
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with file organization and case closing procedures
- Creating deposition sheets and uploading deposition audio files
- Uploading and organizing documents and recordings
- Monitoring office supplies and inventory
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Assisting attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed

Required Experience
1-3 years experience in an legal office, customer service in an office setting, or other professional environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive), Microsoft Office, or similar business software is helpful.
Experience with Clio Manage or other legal case management software is a plus, but not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.

Benefits become available after 90 days of employment beginning on the first day of the following month.
Additional Information
This position includes KPI tracking and 30/60/90-day performance reviews during the introductory period to help ensure success and provide ongoing support and feedback.
