**Overview:**
We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Host to join our dynamic team. Being the first contact for customers, personality is key! As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless dining experience for all customers. There will be cross training for expo and food running. If you have a passion for hospitality and a keen sense of customer service, we would love to hear from you. Average pay is $25-$30 with the tip pooling.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests and manage reservations, seating, and table assignments
- Provide helpful and attentive service to guests, answering questions and addressing any concerns
- Manage the flow of guests through the restaurant, ensuring efficient use of space and minimizing wait times
- Operating expo screen and delivering food to customers
- Acting as last quality control of food before it reaches customers
- Bussing and cleaning tables to keep flow consistent
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other restaurant staff to ensure a smooth service
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is helpful but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- A passion for hospitality and a desire to provide exceptional service to guests
