Caddie Chauffeur | Full-Time
Caddie Chauffeur is seeking an Operations Manager to build and lead our Greenville, South Carolina market.
This is more than a management position—it’s an opportunity to help launch a growing luxury transportation company in a new city. We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys leading people, solving problems, delivering exceptional hospitality, and building something from the ground up.
Our business operates 24 hours a day, providing transportation for airports, corporate travel, hotels, weddings, concerts, sporting events, and private clients. Because of that, flexibility is essential. While you’ll primarily manage operations, you should also be willing to step behind the wheel when needed to support the team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the daily operation of the Greenville market.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor professional chauffeurs.
- Create driver schedules and ensure reliable coverage.
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and safety.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve issues quickly.
- Oversee fleet cleanliness, fueling, maintenance, inspections, and readiness.
- Monitor trip quality, GPS routing, and customer satisfaction.
- Build relationships with local hotels, businesses, event venues, and community partners.
- Help grow revenue through outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
- Drive passengers when operational needs require.

Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience.
- Experience in transportation, hospitality, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and GPS/navigation skills.
- Ability to manage people while maintaining high standards.
- Commercial driving or chauffeur experience is a plus.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to recognize maintenance needs.
- Valid South Carolina driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check required by the State of South Carolina.
