Responsible for maintaining inventory of Beer Products in the Warehouse Cooler. Receives and properly stores products in inventory racks, bins, floor stacks, etc. Maintains cleanliness and organization of Beer Warehouse Cooler.
Responsibilities
- Safe and accurate replenishment of beer case and barrel products utilizing an RF style device.
- Accurately identify products when placing them into designated slots and consolidate pick locations as needed.
- Verify received product quantities and input into VIP software with an RF style device.
- Rotates products according to code date or FIFO procedures.
- Unloads and loads delivery vehicles.
- Conducts daily pre and post shift inspection of assigned equipment to ensure safe operation and proper maintenance of equipment.
- Safely operates forklifts and pallet jacks to move products.
- Hand stacks and checks pallets of product for accuracy.
- Proactively identifies and performs activities to set up Selectors for efficient order fulfillment (i.e. open plastic wrap, configure pallet height, etc.)
- Accurately selects and stages products safely to fulfill orders as needed during shift.
- Assists with repack and other departments when necessary.
- Proactively communicates out-of-stock and slotting issues to Manager.
- Works safely, efficiently, and collaboratively, with a team
- Follow all safety guidelines and exercises solid judgement to work safely.
- Maintains clean, safe, and organized work areas.

Physical and Mental Demands
Physical and mental ability to perform the duties of this job include physical ability to lift product of varying weights: frequent manual lifting of items 30 – 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder level; occasional manual lifting of kegs/barrels to thigh/waist level and pushing/pulling/maneuvering of up to 160 lbs; ability to push, pull reach for, and move products of up to 180 lbs. using a wheeler or other equipment; continuous standing/sitting on equipment for up to 2-4 hours (with normal break schedules); frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and getting on/off equipment is required. Primarily working in cold and damp environments (35-40F). Exposure to mold/mildew is possible.
Cognitive, intellectual and mental ability to concentrate on details, accurately read from printed order lists and to perform more than one task at a time, including when under significant time and other pressures. Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with co-workers and all levels of personnel.
