We are looking for a Maintenance manager for our classic, seaside South Shore hotel. We are looking for a hands-on, hard-working, servant leader who is knowledgeable on facilities maintenance. Candidates should be ambitious and eager to grow their career with a fantastic hotel group!

Hotel Maintenance Manager Qualifications:
-
2+ years as a supervisor or manager of building maintenance
-
Hotel experience is preferred
-
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywalling, and groundskeeping

Hands-on, servant leader style of management
-
Flexible schedule and ability to work varying hours

Experience overseeing vendors and subcontractors
-
Experience with CapEx projects and proposals
-
CPO preferred
-
Experience with commercial restaurant equipment preferred
Hotel Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

Manage the engineering team with integrity and consistency
-
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing as needed
-
Schedule large projects and maintenance with vendors as needed
-
Create and adhere to a comprehensive, preventative maintenance schedule
-
Communicate with other hotel departments regarding maintenance requests
