What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and create a calm, friendly, and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
- Process transactions and support general front desk operations
- Recommend add-on services to elevate the guest experience
- Assist guests with retail product selection and education
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and retail environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support service providers and assist with spa flow as needed
- Maintain attention to detail in the guest experience, including ambiance elements such as music, lighting, and beverages
Qualifications & Work Environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Guest service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks typical of a spa environment
- Availability for nights and weekends

Schedule
We are hiring for both F/T and P/T
F/T position
- 32+ hours/week
- Two weekends per month
- Typical weekly schedule is 4 + shifts, consiting of some nights and weekends
P/T position
- 18 + hours/week
- Evenings and weekends
