Engineer – Projects Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Materials, or related field)

3–5 years of engineering or project experience (internships/co-ops acceptable)

Proficiency with engineering design tools (such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks)

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to travel and work on-site as required (up to 50% travel)

Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin
Engineer – Projects Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and reviewing engineering deliverables, including drawings and specifications

Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution

Support resolution of technical and construction-related issues with project leaders

Participate in on-site activities such as inspections and contractor coordination, including at overseas locations

Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to lessons learned initiatives

Prepare status updates and presentations for project stakeholders
