Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in experience with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system management
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and check-out procedures, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest accommodations, including, tents, or glamping units, following established cleaning protocols
- Ensure all guest areas are prepared to the highest standards of hospitality and comfort
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns quickly and courteously, fostering positive relationships throughout their stay
- Conduct regular inspections of the resort grounds and accommodations to uphold cleanliness standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver a cohesive guest experience that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, with a strong foundation in guest services and customer care
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities that enhance communication with diverse guests from around the world
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and reservation software
- Knowledge of hotel experience best practices, including night audit procedures and guest relations strategies
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced resort environment while maintaining attention to detail in cleaning tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions and teamwork within a lively hospitality setting
