ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside has been proudly serving children and families since 1967. We are one of the premier non-profits in the Inland Empire and looking for an incredible Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC) to join our dynamic team. We are a highly driven and mission-focused organization in need of an energetic, people-focused, organized, and committed professional to fill the critical role of Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC). The Club’s impact extends throughout several sites across the Inland Empire, Redlands, and areas of the High Desert.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC) is responsible for the supervision of the Site Leads, Asst Site leads, TK Specialist, & Youth Development Specialist, the development and implementation of daily activities, the scheduling of staff members, and for assisting with administrative duties. They ensure the safety and quality of their before or after school program in all aspects.
KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):

Lead teams of Site Leads, Asst Site leads, TK Specialist & YDS.

Ensure delivery of programming that meets contractual expectations.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations adopted by the local health authority, BCGA, BGCGRR and the Club House.

Ensure proper staffing at each school each day.

Observe and assess program delivery.

Problem-solve and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and praise.

Identify and support professional development opportunities for their teams.
-
Ensure staff are meeting essential job duties and safety criteria.

Plan and implement several staff trainings throughout the year.

Maintain accurate records and data-tracking methods.
-
Proactively seek ways to improve program delivery and implementation.

Responsible for tracking Key Performance Indicators for programming.

Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be a leader for and role model of the BGCGRR in the community we serve.

Participate in collaborative initiatives with the BGCGRR leadership team to meet organization-wide goals.

May be assigned special projects periodically by the Director of Program Services.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Maintains close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/instructions; instruct; and advise/counsel.
External: Maintains contact with external community groups, schools, members' parents and others to assist in resolving problems.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Bachelors Degree Preferred, AA/AS Required.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in youth development.

Candidates must be 18 years or older.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Knowledge of youth development stages.

Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior.

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Ability to plan and implement quality activities for youth.
-
Ability to organize and supervise youth in a safe environment.

Valid State Driver’s License or California ID card.
-
Must clear TB, Drug Screen and Fingerprint check.

CPR & First Aid Certifications within 90 of hire.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, carts, sports equipment, etc. and reach overhead. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and multi task. The job requires about 85% walking and/or standing, and 15% office work and prepping site. This position will be in-person working at the Clubhouse. Exposure to noise. Will work inside and outside.
