Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Utilize knowledge of childhood development to assess and monitor each child's progress.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development at home.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive interactions among students.
- Incorporate various teaching methodologies, including Montessori principles, into daily activities.
- Provide individualized support for children with special needs or developmental challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education is MANDATORY with willingness to go on a study plan for MS in Early Childhood
- Able t start o September 8, 2026
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting is required.
- Knowledge of special education practices and childhood development principles is helpful.
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to early learners.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods is a plus, but mot mandatory.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with parents and colleagues.
