We are hiring an Employment Placement/HR Assistant - Women’s Campus(Knightdale)
Role Summary: The Employment Placement/HR Assistant is proactive in assisting clients In the New Life Plan to find long term employment. Background in Staffing company is preferred.
This role builds strong relationships with employers and community partners to place clients in jobs so they can achieve long-term economic stability. This role actively coaches the clients participating in the RRM New Life Program; as they prepare for, secure, and retain meaningful employment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide job readiness coaching (resumes, interviews, applications)
- Develop individualized employment plans and career paths
- Support clients facing barriers to employment
- Maintain documentation and collaborate with internal teams
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in employment services, job coaching, case management, vocational rehabilitation, or workforce development.
- Ability to build relationships with employers and community partners. Preferred: Familiarity with local employers and job market trends.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Valid NC driver’s license required
Schedule
- 45+ hours/week; varied schedule (between the hours of 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.)
- One weekend every 4 weeks + 3 holidays/year
