Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral health assessments and therapy to patients in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with policies.
- Support crisis intervention and follow-up care for patients with mental health needs.
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to confidentiality standards throughout treatment.
