Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Worker and be a vital part of producing high-quality products efficiently and safely! In this role, you will operate various machinery, handle materials, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- $21.00-$23.10/hr depending on shift
- First 4 weeks: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm training schedule
- After training: 12-hour compressed production schedule (days and nights available), compressed work week schedule with alternating 12-hour day/night shifts
Duties
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery, including forklifts and power tools, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage manual handling tasks, while following safety protocols
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of machinery to support efficient production workflows
- Interpret production documents, work orders, and assembly instructions to meet quality standards
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions based on lean manufacturing practices
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with safety standards in production environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic Excel skills (data entry, tracking, simple formulas)
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hour shifts and lift up to ~20 lbs
- Comfortable working in PPE in a cleanroom environment
- Available for days or nights on a 12-hour compressed schedule (after initial 4-week training)
