- Greet and assist students, staff, and visitors at the Care Center front desk, providing prompt, courteous service to all inquiries
- Provide general Care Center services information, assist students with resources (e.g., technology, The Nest), and refer inquiries to appropriate staff as
needed
- Provide general office support for the department
- Data entry, scanning, copying or collating materials, and sorting or delivering department mail
Assist with appointment scheduling for prospective and current students
Assist with campus events such as Open House, departmental activities, and workshops
Monitor and track activity in Qless as required
Maintain a clean, welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students accessing Care Center services
Provides support in other Enrollment & Student Services (ESS) departments as needed
