Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized drink recommendations and ensuring excellent customer service
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management skills during busy hours
- Restock supplies, garnishes, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving drinks promptly and professionally
Experience
- Prior experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests and enhancing their experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions
- Previous roles involving serving at restaurants or in the food industry will provide a solid foundation for success
