United Manufacturers, Inc. / Faris Gourmet Popcorn & Treats — General Cleaner / Housekeeper
United Manufacturers, Inc. and Faris Gourmet Popcorn & Treats are currently accepting applications for General Cleaner / Housekeeper position to assist in keeping the facility clean and in orderly condition. This role includes general housekeeping and heavy-duty cleaning responsibilities.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Perform routine housekeeping duties to keep the facility, indoor and outdoor, clean in office, employee common areas and retail areas
- Duties may include but are not limited to:
o Cleaning floors, washing walls & windows
o Sweep, vacuum, mop floors
o Sanitize & dust countertops and furniture
o Clean restrooms (floors, sinks, toilets, mirrors, etc.). Refill soap and paper dispensers.
- Empties trash receptacles and recycling bins, indoor and outdoor.
- Maintain cleaning records and assist with inventory tracking of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Perform cleaning duties to keep outside facility grounds picked up, such as removal of leaves, snow, sticks, garbage.
- Observes all company safety rules and regulations.
- Perform all other housekeeping duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of housekeeping or customer service experience.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and be on feet for extended periods of time.
- Ability to follow instructions, prioritize work tasks and complete job assignments independently.
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, cleaning materials
