Cho Cho San Sushi Bar is looking for someone at least one year Sushi chef experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and presentation of sushi dishes meets customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills and ingredient selection
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
