Supervising Occupational Therapist (Part-Time/Per Diem)

Schedule: Schedule is flexible and will vary based on client availability and therapist preference. After-school appointments are currently the greatest need. The position will begin at approximately 5–10 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as the caseload grows
Grow Therapy NV is a pediatric therapy clinic specializing in speech, occupational, and physical therapy services for children. We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Supervising Occupational Therapist to join our team, primarily to complete evaluations, re-evaluations, and supervise COTAs.
Responsibilities:
- Complete initial evaluations, progress reports, and treatment for pediatric clients.
- Review and sign off on COTA notes to ensure compliance and quality of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients' therapeutic progress.
- Flexibly adjust schedule as needed to accommodate new evaluations and supervision requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the COTAS to support professional development and high-quality client care.
Qualifications:
- Valid Nevada Occupational Therapy License.
- Pediatric experience required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexibly within the specified hours and adjust as needed.
Compensation:
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
