Position Overview
As a Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver, you'll play an important role in preparing customer orders, maintaining an organized warehouse, and delivering products to our customers. You'll work alongside a small team to prepare customer orders, support daily warehouse operations, and help ensure our customers receive the quality products and service Dutch's Meats has been known for since 1972.
What You'll Be Doing
- Pick and accurately prepare customer orders using daily order sheets.
- Load delivery vehicles safely and efficiently for daily delivery routes.
- Deliver products to customers while providing friendly, professional customer service.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Move products in and out of refrigerated coolers and freezers as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, delivery vehicles, and work areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
- Work with the team to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Perform other warehouse and delivery responsibilities as needed to support daily operations.

- Comfortable working in refrigerated warehouse environments.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Non-CDL).
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Typical hours are 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Additional hours may be available based on business needs.
Pay & Benefits
- $17.00 per hour
