We are a fast-paced, hands-on operation looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team. Our ideal candidate can stay focused on repetitive tasks, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a team working toward shared goals.
Core Responsibilities
1. Manufacturing and Assembly Line Support
- Perform production tasks such as labeling, assembly, packaging, and moving product
- Work closely with production leads to support and meet daily operational goals
- May be required to assist with machinery operation as needed
2. Workplace Cleanliness & Organization
- Maintain clean and safe work conditions (sweeping, trash removal, etc.)
- Keep shelves, aisles, and workstations clear and orderly with proper labeling
- Follow proper sanitation and hygiene procedures in the work area
- Report any safety hazards, spills, or maintenance issues to a supervisor promptly
- Ensure equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly after use
3. Inventory Maintenance & Tracking
- Assist with inventory and cycle counts
- Restock materials and notify management of low-stock items
- Help update inventory tracking sheets or software
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
- Comfortable switching between tasks and adapting quickly to the needs of the production floor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset
- Previous production or inventory experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location
- Must be able to consistently report to work on time and maintain reliable attendance
