Week 1: Friday 4pm-8pm
Week 2: Sunday and Saturday 8am-4:15pm

What You’ll Do:
Greet and screen visitors, answer questions, and give directions- Operate switchboards and phones at both Campus Center and Maplewood
- Sort and distribute mail, assist with bulk mailings and newsletters
- Manage guest room and dining reservations, including to-go meal orders
- Train employees on phones, computers, and switchboard
- Report maintenance or housekeeping needs through our system
- Support in emergency situations, ensuring emergency personnel access
- Open and close front desks, manage lighting and audio in lobby/common areas
What You’ll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED required- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Comfortable with computer systems and telephone operations
- Willingness to work across both Campus Center and Maplewood as needed
- Ability to bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move throughout the day
