Location:Princeton, NJ (3 days Hybrid)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Production Technical Support Engineer to provide L2L3 support for enterprise applications hosted across Windows and Linux environments The candidate will be responsible for monitoring application health troubleshooting production issues performing root cause analysis handling incidents and changes and ensuring high availability of businesscritical applications Experience in application monitoring log analysis and support of NET Core applications is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2L3 production support for businesscritical applications
- Monitor application server and infrastructure health using Dynatrace Splunk and other monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot application middleware operating system and infrastructurerelated issues
- Support NET Core applications and perform detailed log analysis to identify and resolve production incidents
- Manage incident problem and change requests through Remedy and JIRA
- Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues
- Work closely with development infrastructure and business teams to restore services within SLA timelines
- Review application logs server logs and monitoring s to proactively identify potential issues
- Participate in release deployments production validations and postdeployment support activities
- Prepare operational documentation SOPs knowledge articles and incident reports
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes change management procedures and operational best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in ProductionApplication Support environments
- Handson experience with Windows Server and LinuxUnix administration
- Strong expertise in Splunk and Dynatrace monitoring tools
- Experience supporting NET Core applications in production environments
- Strong understanding of incident problem and change management processes
- Excellent troubleshooting communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a 24x7 support model and handle critical production incidents

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $130,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
