As a Sales Associate, you'll create exceptional shopping experiences, drive sales through outstanding customer service, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product selection.
- Build lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through effective selling techniques.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, including jewelry and accessories.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and other payment transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, stocking, and store presentation.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and successful retail environment.
Qualifications
- WEEKENDS REQUIRED
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends and flexible retail hours.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
