Tennis Court Construction Laborer (Full-Time)**
Location: West Columbia and surrounding regions Pay: $16–$21 per hour (based on experience) + overtime opportunities+per diem when out of town We are an established tennis court construction company looking for reliable, hardworking laborers to join our crew building and renovating high-quality tennis courts.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and grading
- Install fencing, posts, and netting
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete or asphalt surfaces
- Help with drainage systems, base layers, and court surfacing
- Load/unload materials, operate hand tools and small equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow directions from foreman and work as part of a team
- Paint and resurface hard courts and topdress clay courts
- Requirements:
- Previous construction or manual labor experience preferred (but not required – we train motivated workers)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to safety
