We’re seeking someone who loves helping clients feel confident, values exceptional customer service, and is excited to grow their career in a supportive, team-focused environment. If you’re self-motivated, eager to build a loyal clientele, and enjoy continuing education, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments
- Provide brow, lash, waxing, and spray tanning services based on your certifications and experience
- Educate clients on home care and treatment plans
- Recommend retail products to support client results
- Maintain treatment rooms and uphold the highest sanitation standards
- Deliver an elevated luxury experience from start to finish
- Collaborate with our team to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- Active Maryland Esthetics License
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for skincare and ongoing education
- Self-motivated with a desire to build and grow your clientele
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Lash, brow, waxing, spray tan, or advanced skincare certifications are a plus, but not required
