Duties

- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Engage clients in recreational activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times.
- Document daily activities and progress in accordance with organizational policies.
Skills
- Strong background in patient care, including experience in dementia care and hospice care.
- Knowledge of assisted living practices and home care procedures.
- Experience in direct support roles, particularly within senior care or social work settings.
- Ability to perform first aid when necessary and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and team members.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
