We’re looking for a Playground Construction Supervisor based in Long Island, NY, to help manage multiple installation crews working on playground projects across the country. If you have construction know-how and enjoy coordinating people and projects, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and support multiple playground construction crews on job sites nationwide
- Manage projects remotely through daily phone and video callswith on-site crews
- Coordinate gravel prep, cement pours, equipment deliveries, and installation schedules
- Keep projects running smoothly, safely, and on time
- Communicate regularly with crew leads, general contractors, and our internal team
- Recognize & troubleshoot issues quickly and keep timelines on track
- Review internal reports needed to analyze crew efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Some construction experience, especially dealing with earth moving equipment, calculating gravel & cement quantities, & playground/site installs
- Experience leading or coordinating crews in the field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills; you’ll be handling multiple projects in different states
- Solid communication skills and a hands-on, problem-solving approach
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing teams remotely
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
