Duties
- Support lead teachers in implementing lesson plans across subjects such as literacy, math, and early childhood education
- Assist with classroom management to create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all students
- Provide individualized attention and support for students with diverse learning needs
- Help facilitate curriculum development aligned with Christian values and educational standards
- Aid in classroom organization, including preparing materials and maintaining a tidy learning space
- Engage in behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and social skills among children
- Support classroom activities that promote spiritual growth, character development, and community involvement
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including daycare or preschool environments is preferred
- Familiarity with classroom management tools and techniques to foster an inclusive learning atmosphere
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff effectively
