Insurance Client Services Specialist

What Success Looks Like in This Role
You'll be a trusted point of contact for our insured doctors and practices. You'll build strong client relationships, help resolve service issues, and support the processes that keep our coverage responsive and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and text, delivering service with professionalism and empathy
- Manage policy administration, endorsements, renewals, and data integrity using Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint) and internal insurance systems
- Proactively identify service gaps, recommend process improvements, and support underwriting and claims teams
- Assist with escalated or more complex client issues, with support from the team as needed
- Participate in team training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in client services, customer service, or administrative support (insurance experience a plus, but not required)
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and resolve day-to-day service issues
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general comfort learning new software systems
- Strong self-management skills and a long-term career mindset
- Ability to work full-time on-site in our Scottsdale office
Preferred Qualifications
- Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain with company support)
- Experience in healthcare professional liability, risk retention groups, or affinity insurance programs
- Interest in growing a long-term career in the insurance industry
