Simply Speaking is a growing private pediatric speech therapy practice seeking a passionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This position is ideal for an SLP looking to start part-time with the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding practice.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as a contractor
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with pediatric clients
- Knowledge of and experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) evaluations, implementation, and caregiver training
- Familiarity with neurodiversity-affirming practices
- Experience collaborating with families and school teams
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Provide caregiver coaching and support
- Complete timely documentation
- Collaborate with families and other professionals as appropriate
