We are a new concept bringing our recipes and ideas of exceptional customer experience to DFW. We have an excellent start and a fantastic reputation already and are looking for outstanding cooks to join our team. This position works hands-on in food production while helping ensure consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency during service. The cook helps uphold all culinary standards of the restaurant.
What you need
- Fluent in English - This non-negotiable.
- Minimum 2+ years of kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant preparing dishes to order at high volume without sacrificing quality.
- Minimum 2+ years of kitchen experience cooking recipes accurately and efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- All required certifications.
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily kitchen operations with enthusiasm
- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
- Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and plating.
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and composure during high-volume service.
- Support training and onboarding of new kitchen employees.
- Set the example for professionalism, cleanliness, and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
- Enforce proper food handling, storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
Physical and Schedule Requirements
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in hot, fast-paced kitchen environments
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required
- Flexible availability based on business needs

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
