- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales transactions quickly and efficiently
- Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries with professionalism
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries, providing clear and helpful information
- Maintain a clean dining room and clean work station
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for balancing registers and calculating totals accurately
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving a broader customer base effectively
- Ability to perform cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service
